Remains of Missing Marine Returned Home to Taylor County Video included

The remains of a Marine missing since World War II have been discovered and returned to his home in Taylor County Emmett Kines died in battle in Japan in 1943. Last July the remains of 35 Marines who fought in that battled were discovered, including Kines. His body was taken back to Grafton on Friday for a burial with full military honors. Kines was 24 years old at the time of his death.

Clarksburg city officials celebrated a business's new location. The Family and Marital Counseling Center opened in its new home on Pike Street. The center was located in the Goff Building for the past five years before moving. "We looked at Clarksburg because it seems to be a busy area nearby, and we've been real welcomed once we got here," said Don Worth, owner. This is the business's second location after opening down the interstate in Weston.
