Police were able to get a physical description of the attacker, and investigators were notified and continued the investigation. The Preston County Sheriff's Department has arrested a Tunnelton woman on an embezzlement charge.Beth Ann Spencer, 37, is accused of embezzling more than $1,000 from the South Preston Middle School band boosters. A school official discovered a large amount of money was missing from two of the school's accounts. Spencer admitted to stealing the money on several different occasions from December 2013 and May 2014, according to court documents filed by Cpl. George Sinclair.Spencer is free on bond.
