Morgantown Man Arrested on Incest Charges

The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department has arrested a man and charged him with two counts of incest, one count of sexual abuse by a custodian, and one count of sexual assault by a custodian.Matthew Clinten Johnson, 30, of Morgantown, was arraigned on the charges and is being held in North Central Regional Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail, according to a news release from the sheriff's department.
